Appointment Confirmation
All new patient appointments are subject to confirmation via email or phone. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us directly.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a late cancellation fee of £40.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to make sure it all runs smoothly.
No Shows
If you fail to attend your appointment without providing prior notice, the full cost of the appointment will be charged and is non-refundable...

Payment is required at the time of booking through our online booking system using Stripe. No other payment methods are accepted.
